I fully embrace and celebrate LGBTQIA2S++ expressions of sexuality. I'm also pretty clear of my current scope, lane and lived experience as a a cis-gendered and heterosexual woman.
Basically, the methodology, tools and practices that I learned and use in this coaching container allows you to work with your own body, sensual pleasures, sexual turn-ons, and sexuality in a way that empowers and supports your sexuality, independent of a partner and your sexual orientation.
That being said, your sense of connection, safety and trust is paramount and fundamental to the success of your coaching journey.
So, if you identify as a part of the LGBTQIA2S++ community, I highly encourage you to engage with the many compassionate and masterful LGBTQIA2S++ sex coaches out there.
You can find a curated list here.

I fully support and celebrate anyone who identifies as a woman or man regardless of sex assignment at birth. I deeply owe my own sexual liberation to all the LGBTQIA2S++ fierce lovers that came before me, and I strive that my work continues to grow and honor their profound legacy.
While I'm systematically divesting from harmful gender binary constructs, my study and lived experience so far is mostly as a cis-gendered and heterosexual woman.
That being said, I'm a coach who comes from mostly heteronormative teachers and systems. And this program was designed for people who are afab and amab (assigned female/male at birth) and use gendered language.
As always, your sense of connection, safety and trust is paramount and fundamental to the success of your coaching journey.
So, if you identify as a trans human, I highly encourage you to engage with the many compassionate and masterful LGBTQIA2S++ sex coaches and therapists out there.

Gigi Engle, certified sex educator and award-winning author, has the best answer to this question:
“Sex coaching generally focuses on helping you get the sex life you want. It helps you feel sexually empowered, confident in your body, and confident in yourself. It addresses a series of different concerns around sexuality including fear of intimacy, the sex education you may have missed, improvements in your sex life, and holistic sexual wellness - all through a sex-positive lens. It might be a therapeutic process, but it’s not therapy.
Sex therapy is done with a person trained in psychotherapy, specializing in sexual concerns. This is not simple. It goes beyond “What G-Spot wand is best?” and involves talking about and exploring your experiences (both past and present) to help you get a better understanding of what is happening in your sex life and the reasons why.”
My coaching methodology uses multiple approaches of talk and reflective processes, intentional sensual self-pleasuring and masturbation practices, meditation, and using sound, breath, and movements. You will work in weekly session with me as well as with daily practices at home. All with the aim to understand what lies behind your desires and help you learn how to regulate your nervous system as you rewire yourself towards new narratives, patterns and habits — creating a conducive environment for lasting change.

Gratis? No. The most accessible way to work with me is through Lush Letters + Turn-On Sessions where you can book a 2-hour session by donating what-you-can to non-profits. The donation amount options usually starts from $5.

I'm still working on developing a 9-month online course that combines DIY course materials and monthly 1:1 coaching support. It will focus on integrating pleasure and sexual turn-on as tool and fuel for how we show up in our personal growth, projects, relationships, and businesses.
At the moment, my highest value skill is one-on-one coaching.
My one-on-one coaching is likely a good fit for those who:
- thrive better in the dedicated focus and bespoke nature of one-on-one coaching, making it more effective and worthwhile considering the time, money, and energy they’re investing.
- simply value their privacy and/or find the topic of sex, love, and relationships rather strenuous and overwhelming to be shared in a group space.
- are new to coaching because one-on-one coaching can be one of the most supportive containers for personal change and transformation.
- live in places where these topics are still too unsafe to be shared in a group setting, let alone publicly. During lockdowns, it was even harder for people (especially those living with family in sex-oppressive cultures) to pursue their desires for sexual thriving and fierce loving.
- have limited time and energy to spare for the group dynamics that comes with online groups/communities, and prefer to just focus on their coaching goals, spend less time on the internet, and spend that time with their people/communities in real life.
If you're exploring a group coaching program for a small group of close friends, feel free to email me.

Thank you for asking :) The answer is: no, it does not.
Coaching is not a substitute for working with a licensed therapist/trauma specialist. While my coaching acknowledges and honors the possibility of trauma exposure (trauma-informed), it does not lead with, diagnose or treat trauma response.
Here are helpful directories to find licensed therapists and sex therapists and educators.
If you’re in crisis, please immediately contact your local emergency hotlines.
You can read the Coaching Disclaimer and Waiver here.

Nope. Zero nudity, unwanted exposure, guided sexual touch, flirtation, shaming, or moral judgments.
All weekly sessions would be done online via Zoom video. All process will be explained beforehand for your consent and only proceed with your consent at any given time. You’re encouraged to let me know your level of comfort, tell me to pause or stop altogether at any given time.
While always fully clothed, we will be engaging in emotionally revealing conversations, methods involving role-play with me and yourself, and breath and physical movements. It’s key that I’m able to witness you during these process to be able to support you accordingly.
Demos involving body parts and genitals will be done by showing image and videos by models. Feel free to ask me about any specific concerns.

Due to the nature of the subject, experiencing moments of arousal is absolutely natural and common. These are informative moments and you’re most encouraged to tell me so they can inform our sessions. Feel free to ask me about any specific concerns.
FYI, with the aim of creating a foundation of clarity, safety, and trust for us, I'm also very good at setting and articulating my boundaries. In the event of any clear violation by a client, I reserve the right to end a session/program with zero refund. I hope this adds to your sense of reassurance that I'll keep our coach-client relationship in the highest regard. :)

These programs are designed to be spacious to facilitate integration (up to 21 days of rest and grace)while still keeping with enough momentum in habit-building. After that you can continue/add more coaching through FLOURISH program below. Feel free to email me with your questions.

I hear you and this is a valid possibility. So, thank you for asking.
If it is due to challenging external circumstances outside of our fit and your desire to continue, I invite you to discuss it with me so we can find a solution together (Fyi, I once coached someone in their car during their work break because that was the reality we had to work with :)).
If it is due to the program and/or me not being a good fit for you, I’d fully understand your choice and will gladly direct you to other professionals if that’s what you desire.
My refund policy:
I believe that a safe exit option is foundational to any consensual commitment. At the same time, as a solo small business owner, I’m only financially-able to offer refunds as a very, very last resort and on a case-by-case situation.
If you paid in full, I’ll fairly calculate and refund you ONLY for the remaining program duration that you’ve yet undertaken. My calculation and refund amount will be indisputable and final.
If you’re paying in monthly installments, you will ONLY be charged up to the months you've undertaken (e.g.: If you're choosing to stop by week 6 or in the middle of month #2, you'll only pay for monthly installment #1 and #2). My calculation and refund amount will be indisputable and final.
