Certified Sex & Power Coach

I'm Rasa Estee. (she/her)

I help cishet women and men reclaim sexual thriving AND use it to grow a life of integrity and pleasure.

No 'cookie-cutter' approach.

We'll map out your desires and goals and co-create a tailor-made journey complete with weekly sessions and curated resources within your private online log.

No 'fixing' of you.

We'll compassionately investigate the bio-psycho-social elements at play and help you regulate your nervous system as you build lasting habits that get you a little bit more free.

No 'BS marketing'.

All information are transparently provided for your discernment, safety, and consent. In a 2-hour Discovery Session, we'll check if we're a right fit for each other BEFORE payment.

Nobody is 'self-made'.

My mission is to support fierce lovers like you (and I) to stay nourished, embodied, and joyful as we keep rising in collective succulence and co-creating a world where we all thrive.

I spent a decade in activism and then another decade in the modern yoga and wellness industry.

My coaching methodology and business practices are evolving as I synthesize my study and experiences through many lenses including intersectional feminism, anti-racism, and decolonization.

I’m systematically divesting from harmful gender binary constructs.

At the same time, due to the scope of my study and lived experiences so far, my programs best serve those who identify as

cishet women and men.

A curated list of coaches and other resources for the LGBTQIA2S++ and the Disabled communities can be found here.

What clients are saying

“Estee is deeply connected and safe to be vulnerable with. She met me where I was and modified as needed. She is also incredibly resourceful, non-judgmental, very charismatic and pleasant to work with.”

— KT, 30, US, 2020

“The best thing about working with Estee is that you ultimately receive practical tools to use in your day-to-day life. You can actually integrate what you’re learning, and see the results.”

By Rasa Estee - 02 June 2023 --- That was my line of thought about this first edition of Lush Letters FOR MONTHS. Once again, I'm forgetting that many, if not most, first times in this life often leave so much to be desired. (Just like...
